Hello, Really need some help with this and also to let people know to avoid this company. Ordered some bedroom furniture on the 23rd Sept 2014 from furnitureuk.co.uk and it stated 14 working days. This came and went so contacted them by email and was told their was a delay, this came and went without any contact from them.…

Same result here: my relative eventually (about 5/6 weeks after starting the process) got a credit for the full amount to her CC after making a section 75 claim.

furnitureuk.co.uk sent a flurry of emails about the time that the CC company were no doubt hassling them but, despite saying they would send a cheque, nothing was received from them (as expected).

Luck to others in the same boat.
