Just for your amusement really, if I may.
We were delayed in Oct 2012 from Paphos (Cyprus) to Manchester
Following the usual rebuffs from Tommy Cook I e mailed the Cyprus 'CAA' in March 2013, but didn't get a reply
Our case was finally rectified by TC in July 2013
This week, on 18/11/2014 (some 20 months later!) we have had a reply from the Department of Civil Aviation in Nicosia to say that "we are currently working towards getting the relevant technical-evidence from ThomasCook so that we can get back to you with a response as soon as this information is available."
And you guys here say that the UK CAA are a waste of space!! :rotfl:

Well I'm still none the wiser, why they paid you last year, and nobody else till The SC decision?
