Well i had to log in via FB lots of mobile tasks around agood few dollars

On CS it says it has to be the same email address that you use for its platform as facebook if they don't match i'm not sure what happens maybe they have to verify.

Any clickworkers not received their money yet? It's usually paid on a Monday but I'm still waiting on mine.

I do agree with it being annoying to have to use Facebook, was just curious what it is that people were worried about. More curiosity than anything else.

I don't think it is smart to boycott the tasks so we can just agree to disagree on that :) There are plenty of Indians, and members of other poorer countries, just waiting to get access to the tasks when they aren't fulfilled properly by people in the UK/USA other English speaking countries. It may be a case of biting the hand that feeds you, for some at least.

I personally task maybe 5 tasks a week now, just the survey ones that pay decent money, or any other relatively high paying ones that come up, which is rare of course. I'll just stick to doing that as I've moved on from working like a dog all day/night for just a couple of dollars - thankfully. That isn't meant offensively to anyone here who still puts the effort in, it is commendable really.

I don't mind granting access to my Facebook as I have an account I use for business purposes that doesn't have access to anything that they'd really be interested in if they are harvesting information. I'd suggest using a fake account if you're worried but still need the money from tasking :)

I've been tasking away for the past 30 minutes on several things using the new sign in all seems to be going well no glitches or problems.

I think alot of people have different views on privacy some people are happy to give out as much information as needed others are more reluctant.

I'd like to know more from CF about the reasons for the compulsory use of a facebook account theres reasons for that possible monetary for them but thats just an assumption.

This has all happend very quickly from a message last week to implemenation several days later all very quick.

I think if CF were more open about things it would help but as you say they are the ones paying and they have a right to change things however they want. But consultation is always a good thing.

Good to hear your well and happy hope you still stop by and say hello :)

Glad that you've been able to get it to work fine. I authorised it, then put in my email I use for CF and then my password. That cleared the error message that came up and I was able to complete a task no problem too.

Yeah I understand some people have concerns. I've had a full on lunatic on my case before so I guess anything else feels small time after that :rotfl: but not to say privacy isn't important of course.

They should have been more open about it, I completely agree. Sad that they've chose to just bring it in this quick and not take on board the feedback that they would have received via the task they asked for opinions on. I doubt many people just said yes I'll use Facebook no problem. I mean I don't have a problem with it but I'd still have voted to keep things the way they were over a change.

Yeah I stop by from time to time, I'm mostly a lurker these days, nice to see people are still able to task and make nice amounts of money, I just seem to be lacking motivation these days, stupid really as I waste lots of hours on other rubbish online! I spend a lot of my time on another forum now so that is probably why I forget to come here so much.

I did think the same but thought it would be there this morning. Maybe they are off today as well.

I haven't been on ClickWorker for a while Fee, but it used to always be that it got paid between Monday and Wednesday....I always got paid by Weds at the latest. I shouldn't worry.

Clixsense update, apologies if already posted:

    **Important Update - Please read**
    6 Apr 2015 09:01 pm
Members, for those of you who do our Crowdflower tasks there has been a big change to their platform. They now require that you login to your Crowdflower account through your Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account then you will be unable to complete tasks at this time.

I understand this is frustrating but it's totally out of our control. We've been in contact with Crowdflower to see if there is anything that can be done and at this time they require Facebook.

Please be sure that your Crowdflower email matches your Facebook email. This will make the transition much smoother.

We will keep you updated if this changes.

    Thank you

Can anybody get these Bing Fisher (non-mobile) tasks to work? Various numbers in the range #711338 - 362.

The problem being an absent pop-up counter. Which, let's face it, is simply the last thing one needs on a Monday morning.

    I mean Tuesday.
