Today I spent the grand total of 18p to buy a packet of basics fish fingers. I already had 50p in cash due to a refund on something I'd bought yesterday.
I made up dinner for us which was turning pork stew into a sort of shepards pie. I mixed the leftovers with gravy then topped it with leftover boiled potatoes & cheese. It was average at best. But no food waste & our tummies are full." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Sadly it means I miss out on YS finds. I am currently in awe of Bobarellas results, the Queen of YS. We get no £ road kill either, but if you want a squirrel????
ha ha missed this earlier Maria sorry. I am just lucky that I live in London & have quite a lot of flexibility to shop. I read what you said Cranky and completely agree, I am fortunate that I either go when D'S is at school or when OH is at home.
I haven't tried Approved foods yet but lots of people seem to swear by them is it worth trying for you both?" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Just popping in quickly to say that after 2 grocery-NSDs, today we have spent £2.21 on some pasta for OH. DS was at work so didn't need tea, and DD2 and I had some HM spicy butternut squash soup.
There is another portion of soup in the fridge for lunch tomorrow and 4 in the freezer. Also made a loaf of bread and some coconut bites for healthy snacks, so all-in-all, a good day's work.
Need to get in some stuff tomorrow so will not be an NSD.0 -
Sorry, as always it has taken a while to come over from November thread. I have just updated my signature to include all receipts in November!
