Parcelfarce vs samsung!

It really depends how the label was issued and how the parcel was sent. For all Samsung would know the OP may well have given Parcelforce an envelope with an empty box in. I've received labels for returning parcels from a few companies and depending on the label and the content value, have added special delivery, or additional insurance at my own expense. No, the OP needs to speak to Samsung and only Samsung. If anybody files a claim with Parcelforce, it will be Samsung..0 -
Without the full facts here and OP doesn't help himself with the opening post, suggesting court action is quite possibly suggesting he throws more money away. At least suggest getting some legal advice first.
Speak to Samsung again, ask them for an update and if nothing seems to be happening, ask to escalate the complaint and set them a deadline to work towards before you take further action against them..0 -
Your opening post doesn't say it was faultyI_H8_B1G_C0MPANIES wrote: »The phone was faulty, the camera was acting up.I_H8_B1G_C0MPANIES wrote:All the big tech review websites and youtube channels rave about how good the camera is. I did not feel that way
So did you tell Samsung the phone was faulty and returned it as faulty or did you tell them you didn't feel the camera was "rave-aboutable" and wanted to send it back within a 14 day cooling off period?.0 -
The camera was definately faulty, Samsung confirmed it. And I did not send them an empty box, it had the phone and all its accessories in it. The weight should prove that.0

You could put lots of things in a sealed box that weigh the same as a phone. Not accusing, just saying. Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

I see what you are saying, but I did send the phone for a replacement, so if I sent a empty box, what would be the point?0

Your opening post said you wanted a refund, which is it, a refund or a replacement?I_H8_B1G_C0MPANIES wrote: »I see what you are saying, but I did send the phone for a replacement, so if I sent a empty box, what would be the point?
One other question, did you actually buy it direct from Samsung?.0 -

Yes, but for all Samsung and Parcelforce know you could have sent an empty box to scam them. Nobody is accusing you of doing so but people actually do this. Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

ok Parcelforce have lost an empty box
he could have posted an elephant , the fact is that Parcelforce have lost it.
the contract is between Samsung and parcel force , the OP has posted it , has proof and is deemed to be delivered within "x" days , if it has not then its up to Samsung to chase parcel force
please can we get back to the subject in matter0 -
How did Samsung know a phone they have not received is faulty .Or is this just a generic fault with the model ??0
