pay&go porting in nightmare. help.

Hello.
I wonder if you can help me.
yesterday I ask for my number to be ported in to t mobile. When I phone, The lady who spoke to said it would take 24 hours to be ported into t mobile, And that my number will be ported on the 19/11/14. today I have switched my mobile on and I'm still with my old network. I would like some help as what I can do next. please can someone help me with this problem. thanks.

It could still port over today they mean with-in whole day
what time did you give your pac code to the lady yesterday?
Things do happen and can take a bit longer than they say.
I wouldn't get worried just yet.
