Is this a good deal?

I am with Plusnet unlimited broadband and my contract is about to expire in May, for a year my deal was £2.99/month plus line rental upfront plus the cost of calls.
The rest of my contract from Jan to May will see the BB element goes up to £9.99/month.

I saw the EE deal on the MSE newsletter today but heard some terrible things about the EE service. I must say Plusnet are spot on with everything and I only had a loss of service once for about an hour. Their tech support is also here in the UK which is terribly important for us.

So I gave Plusnet a call and they offered me a 24 month deal for existing clients at £4.50/month for unlimited BB plus evening and weekends calls (which we hardly used). Line saver stay the same.

Now this is not as cheap as EE so I would like to know if it's worth switching from people who are with EE?
Five exclamation marks the sure sign of an insane mind!!!!!
