Orange refund - address required
Hi
Can anyone advise what the address is for Orange Customer Services I need to write them a letter requesting repayment and can only find the EE address.
They have owed me circa £30.00 for 9 months now and I have spoken to them numerous times requesting repayment but with no joy. I need to start escalating the issue with the view to taking it to the regulator if possible.
The money isn’t even the issue it’s the principle of the matter. Would quite happily donate it to charity than let Orange keep it.
I wonder what EE what do if one of their customers owded them money for 9 months and they hadn’t paid it,
Any advice welcome.

Make it a formal complaint, then if they continue to ignore you or pay lip service you can take the complaint to CISAS after 8 weeks.0
