Changeover issues

I have recently subscribed to the EE broadband deal but am now wondering if that was such a good idea. There was a problem switching over from talk talk to EE which has resulted in being connected to both services. I only found out when talk talk sent me the next months bill. I'm not very impressed with EE for saying nothing and letting me incur a bill for a service I am no longer using. Further to this my landline has not been switched over correctly. I can make calls but not receive them. I've contacted EE and they have sent an engineer out who confirmed it is a switching problem and there is nothing at fault on the line. The engineer spoke to EE directly but they were unable to confirm when this would be sorted out. All in all very disappointing.
