No harm in contacting them by telephone to explain what has gone on and ask the question. It may be too soon for them to be involved, but you will have registered that a complaint has been made.I'm a retired IFA who specialised for many years in Inheritance Tax, Wills and Trusts. I cannot offer advice now, but my comments here and on Legal Beagles as Sam101 are just meant to be helpful. Do ask questions from the Members who are here to help.0

I've just come across this thread, haven't been 'involved' from the start. I'm sorry for your loss and that the professionals who should have made things easier for you have done just the opposite
