Anyone Dealt With Myappliances Kitchen Appliance Company

Seem pretty sound to me and had a few bits from them now for refurbs.
They are part of the Fagor group and a big outfit by all accounts.0 -
Just bought an oven for a flat. At first the deliverers, Furdeco, gave a date that they didn't honour and tried to say they called a different day when they can't have as the occupier was at home. A few days later the occupier took delivery and was happy with the oven. Furdeco then called to say it was the wrong oven, but he'd already had it installed and used it.
Myapplicances have been very good and said to keep the oven, even though it is a higher spec. It seems a good oven and has a long warranty. I think they are fine but a quick glance at reviews suggests they need to change delivery company.0 -
Bought an oven pack and I have to say that the spec was the best I could find online.
They offer a 5 year guarantee as standard which is very unusual considering the prices.
Ordered and delivered within 24 hours which was quicker than I expected.
So far so good....0 -
Hi, I have had and am still having dealings with them. Very very poor products and customer service. We ordered a new oven and hob from them, it all had good spec, and looked nice but the quality was poor. The notches wore of the oven knobs within weeks, and after just 6 months it stopped working completely. Phoned them and the passed it on to a service team who made us wait 2 weeks before anyone came round. The engineer said it needed a new part, a week later still no part, we were fobbed off again and again. I would never buy form these people again. After over a month the finally agreed a refund, but so far I have on received a partial refund. The fight goes on. I had a very poor customer experience, and they couldn't have cared less.0

Purchased a ceramic hob for £99 and very happy with the 5 year guarantee! No problems so far.0

Found them to be the cheapest for the products I was looking for, good warranty & cheap delivery.
Delivery was spot on and working well. Happy days.....0 -
Use the Borosil diffuser to create a serene, calming atmosphere – choose an essential oil of your choice to relax and de-stress, or to invigorate and energize yourself. The nickel diffuser is contemporary and elegant and blends in perfectly with the decor at your home or office.0

The thing that is putting me off is that they do not show the real brand of the products. Why do they do this?0
-
It's not a real brand, these are unbranded products mainly from China, a lot of the same items supplied to B&Q...that's why they are cheap, they buy in bulk and use cheap labour.0
-
Great that they do not put a brand on as I can mix it with expensive branded appliances.
My customers like the fact that the guarantee is 5 years parts and 2 years labour.
Cannot fault the stuff at the price.0
