Duplicate Statement Fee

i requested a duplicate bank statement last tuesday morning, agreed to pay the £5. they said it takes 5-7 working days, ok fair enough then.
Today is the 7th working day excluding bank holiday monday and still no sign of my bank statement!
I actually rung them yesterday ie day 6 and all they told me was that it will come today and it didnt!
I'm just getting a bit annoyed coz i paid £5 for this service and need the statements to arrive by Monday for an appointment for something early Tuesday morning. and ps I requested bank statements from Birmingham and Midshires which was not only free, but arrived the following day! :mad:

Clarify the address on their records is correct and that they can confirm when it was sent out and whether it was 1st or 2nd class post(it usually is the latter).
