As the marker is genuine, and not there in error then I would say that you have no chance of opening an account anywhere.

And what about prepaid cards? Cash Plus/Ffrees would have been perfect but im not 18 yet. Any others like those0

I'd suggest that you stick with cash for a while, as it's quite likely that no bank will want to deal with you for a few years.
