    Well, working back from the 6,700 and making the very worst case assumptions:

    20% tax and NI (29% or 40% is possible or even likely in this case) gives £23k of undeclared profit.

    If we assume £0 claimable costs whatsoever, and £300 per gig, then we get to 112 gigs.

    Taking 40% tax, £400 per gig and £5k of claimable expenses gets you to 54 gigs.

    So how many gigs does your friend think were involved?
