Rochester by Election - UKIP will lower house prices

I don't agree if I expected other people to sell below market prices and wasn't prepared to myself then that we be hypocritical but just preferring the market price was lower isn't . Let's face it the market value is just that the market value and is determined by market forces not what some people would prefer.

And if the Somali family, having recovered from the trauma of an escape from a nightmare, is hard working, active in the community and care about their new homeland's future?
A UKIP voter would see them first and foremost as immigrants, of which there are too many. I would prefer to have as neighbours people who dont judge on that basis.0 -
The UK has a very high ratio of renters to owners at the mo, compared with recent times.
Er, no it doesn't.If prices fall a long way ... when UKIP get in ...
Neither of those things are going to happen.... that will be very good for the UK.
No it won't.
Your user-name is quite apt... your post was a joke, right?

UKIP are the best thing to happen to UK politics in years. I don't care about their policies - most of them are rubbish or mad - and many of their lower ranks are mad BUT Nigel is quality. If he was leader of the Tories, they'd walk to victory so easily. Instead, they have an insincere wet blanket at the helm who stands for almost nothing. what does Dave want????? The best thing is that Ed is simply an unelectable idiot proving that Unions are always wrong.
I love Farage - but yet I don't know if I even think we'd be better off out of Europe. Like the wet blanket Dave, I think that the idea is good but the current EU (like FIFA) is a filthy corrupt regime. I'd like a nice new transparent, elected, accountable EU. If we got that, then i'd be inclined to stay. Otherwise, against our better judgement, we may have to go.
The real issue is that you can't have political union with countries that are so far apart in terms of economic status. England, France, Germany, Italy (perhaps), Norway, Sweden, Ireland (maybe) etc possibly. But Poland, Albania, Romania - no way. Its silly when all the traffic is one way.
I'd rather see a union between London, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Berlin, Paris, Dublin.0 -

Along with a woman's place being in the home, 30% home ownership and the proles knowing there place and doffing their cap when their betters passed.
yes, also in the times when tins of Quality Street were twice the size! some things were better back then!
are you saying that 3 x income is bad?0 -
The panic that UKIP manage to create amongst the establishment is quite amusing. I think a lot of people will vote for them on that basis.
The main political parties could have squashed Farage ages ago by simply offering a sensible debate and referendum on EU membership. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
Rochester by-election: Mark Reckless warns long-term EU migrants 'could be told to leave Britain' if Ukip gets into government.

be deported from Britain "after a fixed period" if the UK leaves the economic and political union, Mark Reckless has
suggested.
Deportations now on the agenda. Nice. I'm sure it will be applauded by the usual bigots on here. Well done guys.
In other news,
Quarter of Britons say 'all immigrants should leave'

I always tend to be positive about life, but I'm seriously getting very very worried now. A new dark age for Britain is looming.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Not quite.
What he actually advocates is a permit like system that Australia operates.
Deportation sounds better, I grant you, but it's simply not what is being suggested here. I'm sure you also know this already, hence your careful, edited quoting of the article.“What we would want to do is to look at new people coming in and apply a consistent Australian-style points system, and the same to people coming from Europe as we do to those coming from say the Commonwealth, from Australia, Africa, India, the Caribbean, we shouldn't have a discriminatory system which favours Europeans against people from outside."0
