Flaming Nora he has managed to get another one!!!! How long are you allowed to stay for in these car parks, he was 15 mins going through!!!! Here we go again, can I ask are you better to appeal to ParkingEye online or in writing?
Seems there has been a bit of an uproar about this in our town. The food stand is in the middle of the car park yet people arent allowed enough time to get their food and exit the car park in a lot of cases

Go with whatever they say in their NtK. Normally it is 'on-line', so use that medium. Beware they have a 3,000 character limit, so you might need to crop your initial appeal down a bit.

Generally speaking, PE respond to initial appeals, and, of late, have cancelled the PCN after a forum-based initial appeal.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Challenge it online of course, costs you nothing and you know they have got it rather than it getting lost in the Christmas post.

Thanks folks, I have copied and pasted into the appeal box and you are correct Umkomaas it is over the limit, I have gone through it and cut out a lot of words and punctuations but its still over. Are there any complete paragraphs can be omitted or is it important they are all in there? I have used the template in the newbies section

Going there parking and getting food is really no different to going there parking, going to a shop and getting food. Just because you don't leave the car park doesn't mean you aren't parked. I suggest your son either pays for parking or the food guy moves his stall to a different place because this will keep on happening

Remove whatever you think, it doesn't matter at this stage!

I think its currently being looked in to hoohoo. The stand has its own parking spot and for years this has been fine, you didnt need a ticket to stop there. Its only since the cameras have been installed its become a problem. Im not sure what the length of time allowed between entry and exit but it seems if there is a delay in serving or traffic it must run over the allocated time. The Parking notice said 15mins.

If the stand has its own car parking spot(s) where different rules apply then ANPR is not fit for purpose here. I suggest the food stand guy contacts whoever he leases the spot from to find what the situation is
