ParkingEye Drive in/out fine?

  • Here's a long shot.

Part of the on-line appeal for ParkingEye you are asked to select one of the following options

    Are you
    1 The Driver
    2 The Registered Keeper
3 The Registered Keeper and Driver
    4 None of the above

Can your son remember which option he ticked/selected?

I suppose it doesn't really matter now.

Umkomaas has given you all you need to take them on.

However I suspect your son will have chosen option 3 :-(

It will be fine because PE won't contest any forum appeal about GPEOL. :D

I just have a good memory for facts, which is easy here when I have read stuff again and again. And it's why I am sometimes a moody cow on here if people post about debt collector letters...they bore me senseless and is such an easy thing to search & Google.

Hi folks. Had a letter saying appeal recieved and will now be sent to ParkingEye for the operator to send their evidence, the appeal will be considered on or soon after the 14th Jan. Is this the norm or is the decision usually instant?

Its the norm. If you haven't got an evidence pack from pe after 28 days, check with popla.

PE won't contest it and you will win - but you'll know that I hope, from reading the top sticky thread 'POPLA decisions' (starting from the end, the most recent posts, backwards).

Flaming Nora he has managed to get another one!!!! How long are you allowed to stay for in these car parks, he was 15 mins going through!!!! Here we go again, can I ask are you better to appeal to ParkingEye online or in writing?
Seems there has been a bit of an uproar about this in our town. The food stand is in the middle of the car park yet people arent allowed enough time to get their food and exit the car park in a lot of cases
