Hester, Himself is exactly the same. When he had the usual yearly blood tests this year the GP was worried about his potassium levels, which evidently were very low. There seems to be no apparent reason why this has happened, but he wants to be on the safe side becuse Himself did have a heart attack 6 years ago. Now it is at least 2 bananas a day and when he had blood tests recently he wasn't rcalled to the GP so hopefully the bananas are working.
Himself is somewhat worried that he might have the urge to swing from the cherry tree in the back garden

Special birthday (((hugs))) sistercas x
You and you Mum are in my thoughts (((((Hugs)))))
It is my God-daughter's birthday today and my Godson is 21on Wednesday, I feel really old........
We went over to Hemel Hempstead this morning and finished buying stocking fillers, so just the fresh stuff to get now.
DH is going out with DD next week to get my pressies and we are ready for Christmas, no mad running about at the last minute now I can relax
MIL just phoned and said that she has bought the Turkey (already got one, but didn't want to say anything so we will just pop it in the freezer and I can make lots of meals out of it later on)
It is a great feeling knowing that we have everything and haven't gone into debt to do it thanks to the sistercas fund.
Oh and I counted the coupon/lotto pot and had £295 last night, then I won £5 on a lotto card today so it stands at £300 which will come in handy as my little scooter died on me today so it will go towards a new one.
Absolutely shattered so I am going to get an early night.
We are going to DH's colleague's funeral tomorrow morning, so will post late again.
Sweet dreams all xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
