Lanzarote flight delay 31/03/11

Hi does anyone know how to find out an old flight number. We were delayed for 11hrs returning back to Manchester from Lanzarote on the 31/03/11 with Thomas Cook we did try to claim on our return but had no joy but with the new eu ruling think we could now claim if we could find out our flight number. Anyone got any suggestions?
