Plusnet Offer with Broadband Choices

Hi
I'm coming to the end of my special offer with Sky and now looking to switch. I've seen an offer on Broadband Choices with Plusnet for £2.50 per month plus line rental and £70 cashback. I would opt for their line rental saver as calls are not required. I calculate this would mean paying £15.49 per month for the first 12 months. This offer does not seem to be offered on the Plusnet site. The nearest equivalent being their £1.50 per month plus line rental and £70 cashback but they insist on a 18 month conract which would negate the £70 cashback.
Has anyone taken this offer or advise if this is a good deal?
Many thanks
