Claiming if no proof?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

Is it possible to claim if all documents are lost/in bin?

It's for my parents. Jet2 flight in 2010.

All covered in Vauban's guide (last link in the Sticky at the top of the board)

Then have a read of the Jet2 board...and don't expect them to pay out without court (which they will request deferred) I have been waiting over 2 years for a delay on 2010
