No heat to any radiators but water is hot

Just moved house and there is no heat in any of the radiators (3bed semi), there's hot water from the taps, the boiler is on as is the 'water heater' switch in the airing cupboard. Its a Potterton Profile 60eL boiler, and has a Potterton EP2000 controller, which has an LCD display that is showing nothing.. Any help greatly…

Thanks all, sorted now. Turns out the 3 port valve (with the mechanical arm mechanism on) had been turned around as one part had failed, and it had been fitted upside down to still offer hot water, but no heating. Plus the old, inline pump was blocked, AND the controller wiring was faulty. Talk about pain in the bottom!! But sorted now, thankfully!
