Flightmole---Are They Still Trading

They took on my case in Spring and what I received from them seemed clear and professional.
The last contact in early Summer said that they were waiting on the appeal, but emails that I have sent them recently have been unanswered and their site/twitter/facebook appears to be dead.
Anyone else dealing with them?. As part of the arrangement was that all of the claim was assigned to them, I'm guessing I'm stuffed!!!.

Don't think that I can?. As I said when Flightmole take on the case they get you to sign over the claim to them and they then claim off of, in this case, Virgin.Waddle you do eh?0 -

Went to Companies House and checked on :
Aviation Loss Consultants Limited
It shows them as still active: Company No. 03464103
Not sure why they are not responding to emails. Just have to wait and see.Waddle you do eh?0 -

The problem is (I think) that they have already gone to court with the claim and I don't know if, legally, I can now step back in.Waddle you do eh?0 -

They did tell me, I had all the details from them in early summer and they ended by saying it was on hold awaiting the court ruling in the autumn
It's only now, when I'm asking for an update, that I'm not getting any replies from them.Waddle you do eh?0 -
