Comments on our complaint letters and initial defence please

Hi I decided to start a new thread but here is our original one for reference:

I'm a bit later than planned as I've been poorly but have now put together an initial defence, a complaint letter to UKCPS and a complaint to the landowner ccd to UKCPS and would welcome your comments, etc.
Is it 'safe' to upload them here for all to read (including UKCPS I guess) or are there a few pros who would be ok with me PMing them directly for comment? Of course I will not include any private info.
