Buying from TJC??

Bought a platinum chain from TJC on 28 April 2014. On 17 October 2014, I put it on (not for the first time) as I was running my finger around it, it came apart on my neck. Rang TJC, on their advice, returned it (signed for £6.95) for their repair team to look at with a letter asking for a refund.
They returned it to me, still broken, their letter says that it broke because of wear, it wasn't repairable and also not valid for a refund. I emailed quoting the Sale of Goods Act 1979 an asking for return postage paid envelope to return the item to them.
They're asking me to send it back to them, again, at my cost, for their senior managers to look at and if it's a manufacturing defect, they will refund the cost of postage. They cannot send a prepaid envelope because their licence for postage paid with the post office has expired and they're waiting for a new one.
I've asked them to collect it by courier.
My query is, Where do I go from here if they're still playing stupid games! Who are trading standards for online-retailers because I do not intend to let this rest. Thanks all in advance.

(Who are trading standards for online-retailers )
Trading Standards are .
Under SOGA you do not have to prove it was faulty in the first six months that's up to the vendor to prove its damage .
If you broke it then SOGA is irrelevant as they have followed SOGA by examining and returning cannot see where the complaint is . You essentially have asked them to look again and to expedite matters you should return at your own expense .0
