Vauban, it is promising through , not that it was ever in question.

Eudelay won the case at Mansfield today preventing Jet2 staying claims due to Van der Lans. The light at the end of the tunnel has now been firmly switched back on. For anyone following my case which was to be heard at Mansfield before the Liverpool cases, it has now been stayed until the Liverpool cases have been heard.
