Happy bunny many thanks I will begin my repayments in January that's when first standing order comes off I have written letter to inform them! I'm really wary about filling in this income expenditure form with all my details am I obliged to fill in? Will also do CCA requests very soon and see if gets me a good settlement many thanks! Should I complain to Lowell about all 12 pound fees? Regards
You are not obliged to fill it in.
I would complain about the £12 fees. Nothing to lose.
4 years isn't too bad to pay these off.
