Orange deny contract ended

Do you know the date you made this call? I'm pretty sure they record all calls to cover themselves.0

Wouldn't matter - any recording is for their benefit, not yours. Even if you did say you were giving 30 days notice, the fact you had nothing from them confirming this or a final bill should have set alarm bells ringing.
Since you wrote, if you sent it recorded you would have proof, but you didn't - so back to square 1. If you don't pay, your credit file shows the unpaid debt, which is followed quickly by a default.
Tread warily - you can still make it worse. Do they know agree you have given notice? If not, the bills still must for paid, and up to December.0 -
Do you have the call to Orange in the call history of your phone?Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -
Yes, but it can prove that there was a call and can help with finding the recording if it exists.0

When I worked at T-Mobile, calls (if recorded) were usually only kept for a month, I know the local Orange call centres did the same.
They were used for training, so could even be deleted earlier than the 1 month if the manager had reviewed them and hadn't seen any training issues. Not all calls were recorded, in fact, more weren't recorded than were recorded.
If the OP had called for the intention of terminating the line there should have been a note placed on the account detailing the call and what was said. That would still be available on the system, the OP could request a copy of all the notes on their account, there would be a charge for it though.====0 -
Firstly, Orange should have recorded your call (all incoming calls are recorded) so ask for a transcript or for them to check it - as long as you remember the date of your call.
Secondly, all email addresses are now: ????@ee.co.uk
Good luck0 -

Not all calls are recorded. And if they are, they are only kept for a month as d123 says.0
