Hi, thanks for this. I have sent an e-mail asking for my out of pocket £4.70,

unfortunatly I gave my daughter a pair of the earrings to make yhe most of a bad job and have got rid of all the packaging, so I will have to take the hit , but I will never ever buy anything again from john greedy.

Returned mine, waiting for refund.

I returned mine within a couple of days of receiving it and have still not got a refund. It told you on the website to send recorded delivery but the staff at the PO told me that it had to be special delivery as that is the only one that covers jewellery.
Has anyone else got a refund yet?

Pleased to say that JG responded very quickly, and refunded my postage costs. Thank you MSE for your assistance in this matter.

I got a Paypal refund for the cost of the item, but not for the postage in either direction.

Hi, I sent a separate e-mail to the address MSE quoted, asking for the postage, they responded positively very quickly.

After further chasing, I got a Paypal refund for postage out, and a cheque for my return postage.
I hope we've all learnt from this, I certainly have!
