Can I view my credit report if I am outside the UK?

Interestingly, Noddle doesn't work here in the Philippines. I have an account, but the site won't load. I guess they block access from abroad?

Yep they do, I had to use a proxy to bypass the block

Just to update everyone .I have now received my credit report from Experian here in my overseas address.So a big thanks to Neil and James for guiding me through on how to do the application from abroad!!!

A further update

Well it appears that you can actually get your credit report online even if you are currently abroad from Equifax.Just make sure you put down your most recent UK address as your current address while doing the online application.They should be able to verify you without the need of a UK credit or debit card.
