Elona.. Just thought I would mention complan also comes in a vegetable and chicken soup mix. It can be made with water and full fat milk. I thought it was a lot better than the vanilla one. I couldn't eat for a number of weeks due to radiotherapy on my neck and I actually think it was down to the complan soups that I started on my road to recovery.0
