A New TVL Letter

Just when boredom was setting in with the cycle of letters every month or so saying what 'will' happen 'when' you get to court etc. etc. I've now received a completely new one on me..
This comes in a double window envelope: the top window with the address 'The Legal Occupier'... and the bottom, larger window showing a calendar with a date circled in red!
Intrigued, I actually opened this one - rather than the usual direct to wood basket - and it says 'We're giving you 10 days to get correctly licensed'. If I don't 'we will then start a full investigation'.. I thought that's what they'd been threatening for the last year.
I'd love to tell them I don't have a TV or watch the dam' thing, and really have no interest in having one but that seems to require giving them my name, and I'm afraid I value my privacy too much.
Let's see what happens.:D
