    You don't HAVE to move when you upgrade......
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    However, their retail sales manager is a ruthless !!!!!!! who forces his staff to upgrade all customers who are moving to a new handset to take a plan with EE only and pretend T-Mo and Orange don't exist. If a customer insists to the staff that they want a iPhone or something on a T-Mobile plan then they have to write an explanation to the sales manager with a reason as to why they allowed the customer to walk out with a T-Mobile plan and not an EE plan.

    The same happens in their telesales dept as well.

    Sure, the EE plans are better on top end handsets. But forced stuff like this is wrong. It's also business unfortunately.
