OK, does anyone know how long these people take to reply to emails as I sent one off on 10th November, Do they keep you hanging on for months then hit you with another invoice for a mysterious car parked on a fictional car park somewhere or let you know in due course what will happen next.?

Why don't you read the exciting 'BPA Code of Practice' = easily found online? Then you would know the deadlines they are mean to keep to and might see some issues with their signage when compared to the code, for example.
