Cancellation of Sky Subscription

Tried to cancel sky subscription but was unable to do it. Any advice please as it's costing me a fortune?

    Why? Did they refuse to cancel? Are you in the 12 month minimum term?

    It's the only reason I can think of that would prevent the OP.

    Well I had to ring Sky recently to cancel my broadband.

    Apart from the time of getting through, I did it.

    I smell a TROLL !!! :)

    It need not do. The new 03 number is included free in many calling plans.You can also request a call back from them.

    03332 022 135 - to cancel any / all Sky services. Calls to Sky contact centres are free for Sky Talk customers.

    OP needs to clarify the "why" before any valuable feedback can be offered. We can all keep guessing till then! :)

    ...and you can cancel via online chat..its a bit like pulling teeth ...but free!!

    I find this preferable just because you can print a full transcription of exactly what was said in case it all inevitably goes wrong later down the line.

    this number now no longer works just tells you to redial another number ,,not 0800
