Phones2uDirect - cashback claims helpful information
After some delay and difficulty, I eventually received my 3rd and final cashback cheque. Assuming the correct invioces are submitted (in most cases the will be 7th, 10th & 13th) and all other Terms & Conditions are complied with (note: the applicable T&C's are those in force at the date of purchase), you should be successful provided you are persistant!
It is clear that Phones2Udirect wilfully avoid making payment unless they are threatened with the Small Claims Court. This will normally involve writing as telephoning on the published number is a waste of time but I discovered a quicker more effective way.
I managed to speak to the Managing Director and the result was instant. His name is David Ellis and his personal line number is:01732 765401. His email address is believed to be [EMAIL="david.ellis@phones2udirect.co.uk"]david.ellis@phones2udirect.co.uk[/EMAIL] (he does not reply of course, but emails do not bounce back either). According to Company House records his registration number is :12512897 and his home address is listed as: Hartley, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8EX. Unfortunately, I was not able to establish his home telephone number.
