ee broadband offer :confused !

Hi All,

I moved from TalkTalk to eebroadband in October, as suggested in the newsletter, that gave the £120 amazon voucher, and unlimited broadband @ £2.50/month.I paid the line rental upfront.

However,on checking my first bill from ee they have charged me £18.25 for the month.

ACCOUNT CHARGES
Customer Discount 5/11/14-4/12/14 -£7.45
Broadband and Weekend Calls £25.00

TOTAL for this period £18.25

Can anyone explain or help?
Thanks in advance!

Did you not get a discount marked "Line Rental Saver Benefit"? It seems they haven't yet applied the line rental saver to your account.

I had a similar problem - I didn't get the "Customer Discount", which is the reduced broadband cost, but I did get the line rental saver discount. I was told I'd get the missed month applied to my account at the end of the contract. You should phone them query it.

I've now tried three days in a row to call ee customer support only to get this message," the call centre can't take your call..please try later"
They also messed up my broadband switch date,a week late.

    Not good.
