I have a coat bought from a charity shop 2-3 years ago that cost me £5, that I rarely wear, but it's my only coat and I figured I need one. I'd been looking out for some years for one that didn't drown me.
I have 2-3 cheap/plastic kagouls that I wear over clothes most of the time.
I have an oversized fleece that's way too big for me, that I put on if it's mid-winter, under the biggest kagoul.
I'm a bit scruffy really ... but I'm petite so a limited range of coats in charity shops that'd fit to start with - and very few styles that suit me.... which is why I've only, so far, ever managed to find one that fits (and is plain black).
I've some random, charity shop bought, "suitable for work" jackets that I can see what fits/suits/matches if I ever did need to "wear business wear".0 -
I detest coats.
I have 3 hoodies, a parka and 2 suit jackets. Oh, and a Varsity jacket that matches my cheer uniform. I rarely wear anything but the hoodies.
Clothes wise I probably have 6-7 pairs of trousers, 2 pairs of jeans, about a dozen tops and tunics, a dozen tshirts, plus a small amount of "formal" wear.
Shoes - 1 pair boots, 2 pairs heels, 1 pair flats and 3 pairs trainers (one is cheer shoes that are indoor only).
I hate clothes shopping too

I have about 6 or 7 which I think is normal.
If you like it and you have the space and money then why not?0 -
About a room and a half full. If I listed every item, seriously, I'd be here for about a week. I'm a charity shop and Ebay addict.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

I don't have many coats - one cream duffle coat which I got in a charity shop, a 3/4 length padded waterproof and a short corduroy jacket. I usually just wear lots of layers if it's cold - got several fleeces and hoodies.
On the other hand I do have about 50 dresses and around 80 pairs of shoes so I'm not holding myself up as an example of self-control when it comes to clothes!:D

I always seem to have too many clothes when it comes to doing my ironing, but not enough when I'm looking for something to wear.
I'm losing weight at the moment, so as a treat I am going to give myself a whole wardrobe overhaul when I reach my target (probably Christmas 2015).
I don't have a full length coat that fits (yet) but I hope the one I have will fit me before it gets too cold. Until then it's fleeces and layers for me.0 -
