    Same here! I've been with them for four years and never had any problems.

    Variable DD is the way to go. Just keep the dosh in an interest-paying current account and you are quids.....well, pence-in.

    When I was with them before I use to pay them with my cash back credit card on receipt of bill. By doing it this way it stopped the dd being taken for that qtr.
