CD WOW - Anyone else having delivery/communication problems??

That's a real shame - I haven't used them for several months but I'd never had a problem with orders from them and had been a happy customer for a few years.

Must admit, the news that they've gone into receivership does worry me a little. I've used them for years and been very happy though have noticed that they've struggled recently getting stock - I had one album that I ordered well in advance of it actually coming out and it arrived 4 weeks after the release date... :-/

I had one order outstanding with them which I've now cancelled until I know they're a going concern again. Unfortunately they "can't process a refund due to a technical problem with their payment provider."

What a shame... :-(

I made my order on the 7th July through nectar, I've just called nectar to try and cancel it, as the order is still pending despatch, to begin with he wasnt gonna let me cancel it, but when I mentioned I knew they'd gone into receivership, he said I'll credit your account with the 900 points it cost, but didnt say he'd cancelled the order. At least Ive got my points back anyway.

Well, I ordered a CD on 12th June and it arrived today!! It was in the top 75 so hardly a rare one. But to be fair to them they did email me a couple of times to say they were waiting for more stock - I remember reading that they had a fire in their warehouse last month which caused some difficulties getting stock in and out. If you haven't received your order yet don't give up hope - they do seem to be getting them out - eventually!
