CD WOW - Anyone else having delivery/communication problems??

I ordered via nectar on the 8th July. Used them lots in the past with no problems. When it didn't arrive I mailed them and got what seemed an automated out of stock reply. Phoned Nectar this morning who informed me that they are aware of the problems with CD-Wow and that I would be receiving my order by the end of this week (which flys in the face of what CD-Wow wrote). If the order is not received then they will put the points back.

ordered a sims 2 deluxe pc game at the beginning of July, had three emails saying the delivery date was being put back until they got more supplies. Finally cancelled order at end of July. Its a shame, they used to be really good.

I ordered Pink- I'm not dead on 4th July tracked online, order finally despatched on 23rd July and received shortly afterwards.

I'm just glad it wasn't a present for someone.

i have never used them, but always heard good things. i've always used play.com so will stick with them i suspect. thanks for the forewarning

I'm waiting for one cd from them, Says it's pending dispatch. Have recived other two Cd's though. Still got £20 worth of pigsback points I was going to use on CD-WOW.

Has anyone noticed that the e-voucher bank on user accounts have not been available due to 'technical difficulties' for several months?

This has put me off buying from them as I have enough credit sitting there for a couple of CDs, despite numerous emails querying this I never receive any replies, I have several e-vouchers from Pigsback but really do not want to spend them when I cannot spend the credits I currently have in my e-voucher bank.

Have cancelled an order for a cd from CDwow which I have waited for a month to arrive. I could have bought this cd from any high street shop. I then reordered it from cdjungle and have now waited a further two weeks. I am not having any success with their website tracking process. It is such a shame that Musiczone went under, presumably due to competition from internet sites and now they are failing to deliver. I have now been waiting since 26th June for this cd. In my local town there is now only one small independant music shop which is very expensive.
