South West Water CCJ Advice Please

I rented out my house in 2012 to a tenant, on leaving my old property I informed the water company who sent the final bill to my new address which was paid. Unbeknown to me, south west water sent bills to the new occupier, my tenant, which they ignored, so they went to the land registry and as I was the owner of the property, set up a new account in my name, my mail redirection had ended by this time so I was completely unaware of the situation, and they issued a CCJ against me in June. When I moved the tenant out in August, I then got a bill from south west water for £1200.

I wrote to them with proof of the tenancy, my closed account etc and they have agreed to write to court and removed the CCJ and pursue my tenant at their forwarding address, but I am annoyed as this has potentially ruined my credit rating, cost me a huge amount of time to sort out all the documents, they had my new address details so could have contacted me at my new address any time and I am 8 months pregnant so this has caused be a lot of stress, i am not very satisfied with their response to me, is there anything else I can do?
