EE, Orange, T-Mobile
Options
EE, Orange, T-Mobile.
What's the difference thought they had merged or were merging?
I'm with T-Mobile, wanted landline customer service number as getting regular reception problem.
Looked at T-Mobile.co.uk, which redirects to ee.co.uk.
The contact us option on following page shows 3 separate section for EE, Orange, T-Mobile.

Are they still operating separately under an umbrella name or are they merging ?

01707 315000 is the number to call them from a landline.
T-Mobile and Orange merged 4 years ago....I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
peter999 - All three networks run on the EE combined network, however Orange and T Mobile are separate networks linked by EE which means that if you have your phone set to choose network automatically it will pick an alternative if your T Mobile signal is lost.
Eg your phone should switch to Orange if the T Mobile signal is lost and vice versa. Check that your phone is set to automatic network selection and that may cure your problem.0
