  • I actually hate Estate Agents. They were the worst part of my recent first time buy. Everything else went smoothly and friendly. But dealing with them there's just no trust relationship at all.

    I totally agree they need to be regulated! I don't understand how they get away with so much stuff like this in this modern age.

    duplex apartment = maisonette

    apartment =flat

    loft conversion = you're sleeping in the attic .

    of road parking =they have paved over the garden.

    open plan = it was pokey so we knocked the walls down to make it look bigger and now the washing machine is beside the tv.

    south facing garden = half the house is facing north and gets no sun .

    close to local hospital= handy for the druggies and expect to hear the ambulances day and night .

    close to pub = expect no sleep at weekends
