Not a lot to add except that my life has been infinitely more pleasant since I went back to a contract that runs off the O2 network. I regret having ever left it.

Eta: you may want to have a look at this thread. There is a Vodafone company representatve that may be in a position to help.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    Hi Lee

    You have mail #8528023

If you can look into this for me it would be appreciated as, unfortunately, I will also have to join in with the throng of Vodaphone complaints on this board unless my problems are resolved quickly.

This would have been a plan but I don't want to tip the issue further for people who remain in the house.

Vodafone have been so shoddy though, how can you not cancel a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse yet? What kind of antiquated system is in place there? How can they not simply atone for their error by collecting the device and arranging a suitable delivery?

It's been 10 days now so if I want to cancel my agreement (which I expect I will) then I'm sure they'll fight me tooth and nail over that too.

There is no assigned case worker, as the culprit is a family member we're trying to give them every opportunity to help themselves before taking steps down that road. It's just so stressful and Vodafone have added to this stress with their poor service and lack of empathy.

I am now into the 'days' for a response territory......back and forth with security checking emails. Don't the reps organise the mailbox by subject so they can see what responses to open cases they've had?

    This is calamitous.

Still no response from Lee, the Social Media rep at Vodafone. Is it normally like this?

I still don't know where the device is and I'm paying cash for a product I can't use.
