  • I have admitted defeat and have been in bed ill all day thus far . It is way more than just a cold and I've phoned in sick for the first time since I lost the twins in 2013. I'm not a well girly.

Hottest day of the year so far too. What a waste! Xx

  • Feel more human today. I can actually stand up without feeling dizzy :T. DH on the other hand has had another partial seizure this afternoon :(.

We've bought the boys a 10ft trampoline for Easter . Apologies to the neighbours for the eye sore!! It was reduced anyway, and then with my staff discount it was quite a bargain. It will save future trips to the trampoline park too (or at least we won't go as often), so it will pay for itself anyway (she says trying to justify it!!). Hopefully it will improve DS1's attitude too, as he'll be getting more fresh air and exercise instead of wanting to sit on the Xbox all day!

Don't feel you need to justify buying the trampoline. Our neighbour got one for her son and it has made a massive difference to his mood especially if he has had a particularly challenging day at school.

Sorry to hear Mr Lucky has had another partial seizure :(

  • Thank you SA and Pooh. They have hardly been off the trampoline all day, so it's definitely been worth it :T.

DH has had a few waves of fear today and has been VERY angry, but seems to be settling down now (fingers crossed).

Apart from trampolining, we took the dog for a walk around Northumberlandia and saw my Mum and her partner for a bit. They are off on holiday tomorrow so they wanted to give the boys their Easter present early - they got $50 each!!! Amazingly generous for an Easter gift, and very welcome for the boys' holiday spending pot!

I have sent an email of complaint to my Utility company as the £100 I requested back from them mid March has never arrived. Got an automated response saying they will respond within 48 hours.

DH's passport has arrived :j. 2/4 :D. Only just sent the request off forthe kids passports though, so they will take a while longer.

Today should be a NSD :T.

You've reminded me we need to renew our passports, they expire end of this month. They are SO expensive, got to be done though.
