Thanks everyone :A. Very pleased with myself still. Verbatim, I would NEVER forget to eat, I LOVE my food far too much :rotfl:. JAT, perhaps my Ninja moves contributed to my calories burned :rotfl:. Robin, I think the key this week has been filling half my plate with fruit, salad or veg, and reducing the amount of the other stuff I eat.
Bad day for DH today. Multiple waves of fear/partial seizures and several blank moments. I found him sat at the top of the stairs at one point coz he didn't know what else to do. He's also made strange noises on a few occasions to get my attention, as he could neither remember my name or form words properly.

Wow to the amazing weight loss!
Not so good about Mr Lucky. Probably worse for you as he won't remember it. Big hugs xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Thanks SA. He's been very emotional today and zapped of energy. We just had a lazy day while the boys were at school, and watched a film (Bridget Jones' Baby), which he bubbled his way through!!! He was never a crier pre-accident. Xx
PS, really hope everyone on here is ok after the awful events in London yesterdayXx
