Looking at your sig you've paid off more than £21,000 since your lbm in 2012. Are you still managing to pay at £5k pa? I'm guessing not as you'd be able to pay the last £1970 off by June and August. Well done anyway on getting so far. I hope a new 0% offer finds you before June. Plenty of time for that.

  • Alas no Verbatim. A lot of paying stuff off came from selling things (some big things like DH's motorbike after the accident, some smaller things like clothes/toys/dvds etc). There is very little left to sell now. I have set minimum payments to each card at £50 per month and then make overpayments wherever possible. A 'bad' month is somewhere around £120 cleared, which means about half of what I've got outstanding will be cleared by August. Xx

Barclays seem to offer Mr Hinge 0% BT on his card every few months, he had one today that was 0% until november or 6.9% for life of balance...... hopefully if you need to they will offer you one at the end of your Santander 0% period.

    You have done amazingly well!

I've got a B/card and they write to me every month offering 0%.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Believe it or not I got a transfer offer in the post from Bc@rd today! I will see whats on offer nearer to the end of my 0%.

Lost 3.5lbs at Chub club yesterday :j.

DS1 had another meeting with the Barnardos Support Worker today. It went well and we had some time at the end of the meeting for DH and I to be included too. It seems DS1 worries more than I thought he did on the odd occasion I have to leave him and his brother alone with DH. He'd prefer it if I didn't go to work. I'm processing that information!

Think I'm coming down with a cold/cough/sore throat combo. Deep joy!
