Confused about what to put under income when applying

in Credit cards
I applied for and was rejected for a bank account in may and an aqua card in September. It's now coming up to 6 months and I want to reapply for the bank account. Here is my problem.
When I applied for those two accounts (and another cc which was accepted) and my own bank (accepted with no credit check so not sure if that counts) I put down my income as £4500. That was my basic hours at the time and I didn't include any overtime, I had just started, didn't know how regular it would be. I've been reading up and i read that this information is held. I don't know where as its not on credit report?
Anyway so far I've earned £4200 this year so that was a bit of an underestimate. With my hours being increased and wage going up I will probably earn around £6500.
If I put this higher figure will the new application be flagged as fraud/ a lie etc.
Also I wasn't sure whether to include my student loan/grants etc which brings my total up to 14k?
