8. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

Prize includes one pair of economy class return tickets to either Rio de Janeiro / Tokyo or San Francisco from either Aberdeen / Edinburgh or Glasgow via Amsterdam incl. taxes with KLM
Each pair of return tickets must be used together. No changes of companion allowed once tickets have been issued.
Both passengers must travel together. An adult must accompany any child or infant.
Latest day for booking must be 15 December 2014. No extension of the date or
change of destination will be allowed from those specified in the letter. Winners are
advised to book as far in advance as possible to increase likelihood of availability.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Travel to be completed by 01 June 2015. Prize tickets not available between 15
December 2014 and 15 January 2015.
No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
Prizes are non transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash
value.
Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable
surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian.

Winner must be over the age of 18 with a valid passport to travel (valid for at least 6
